Yvette Morales

Yvette Morales joined the ReadyCT Team in 2022. Originally a native of Los Angeles, she comes with a background of over 10 years running community programming focused on assisting at-risk families, children, and youth. Among other former roles, Yvette served as operations coordinator at a K-5 bilingual charter school with a predominantly immigrant population.

Yvette has a master’s degree in Latin American studies. Having moved to Connecticut with her partner and two girls, she is excited to support the growth of the state’s high school students, providing the workforce skills, tools, and training they need to advance in their careers and lives.

In her spare time, Yvette loves to travel with her family and, in particular, explore waterfall trails.
