Make An Impact
Jeremiah joined the ReadyCT team in mid September. He has experience in full-cycle recruitment, growing relationships with local organizations with a focus on workforce development, and new hire onboarding. Jeremiah has worked with organizations including Apple retail, LEGO, Slalom, and Stanley Black and Decker. Through added focus on candidate and employee experience, Jeremiah advances healthy workplace cultures.
With a strong emphasis on early retention strategy, Jeremiah supports teams by developing effective hiring processes for new employees. In addition to that, he is committed to ReadyCT’s focus on creating opportunities for individuals in Connecticut, particularly as that relates to securing meaningful, fulfilling employment.
Jeremiah holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Rhode Island College. He lives in West Hartford with his wife, Michelle. Together they have three boys, Rhean, Riley, and Bennett. They also have two Australian Blue Heelers, Lyla and Penny.
