Bridging the Gap between Classroom Learning and the Real World of Work!
Connecticut teachers work hard. Very hard. They are experts, and they design and deliver compelling lessons. Still, the demands of their work leave them precious little time to demonstrate how classroom learning is applied on the job.
On the industry side, Connecticut employers know what they need and are uniquely suited to share with students the ways in which coursework comes to life in the workplace.
Strategically situated in between is ReadyCT, connecting the classroom to the business world so that students can have the experiences they need to be prepared and gain insight into their future.
There is no downside to this. All concerned come out better on the other side.
