Deb joined ReadyCT in 2020, transitioning after a decade with CBIA’s Education Foundation. She brings over 30 years of experience in workforce development and state, federal, and philanthropic grants management. With a focus on career development for underserved populations, Deb has worked to connect job seekers with employers both through direct services, as well as through championing systems change and career pathway initiatives. She is currently coordinating a two-year Manufacturing Skills for CT project in partnership with CONNSTEP and CBIA. This project is designed to expand and diversify Connecticut’s highly qualified labor pool by identifying and highlighting quality K-12 programs that prepare students for careers in advanced manufacturing.
