Anee Pascale

Career Development Coordinator, Greater Hartford

anne.pascale@readyCT.org

Before joining ReadyCT, Anne worked as a school social worker in Hartford, supporting students through various challenges and championing their well-being and academic success. Her focus was on not only addressing their immediate concerns but also equipping students with essential coping skills and resources for long-term resilience.

Anne was drawn to ReadyCT based on how closely her values align with the organization’s mission of narrowing the opportunity gap between low-income and non-low-income students in Connecticut. She’s excited about bringing her firsthand experiences with students to ReadyCT, and she is eager to focus on making a positive impact in students’ lives!

Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Quinnipiac University and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Connecticut (UConn). While earning her master’s degree, she worked with elementary school students with intellectual disabilities, supporting their skill development in areas including functional communication, natural environment teaching, and cognitive learning approaches.

Anne resides in Farmington, CT. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being active outside, and traveling.

Being in this role gives me the unique opportunity to not only build meaningful relationships with students but also assist them in bridging the gap between education and employment. Exposure is essential to student success, especially in low-income areas, and I get the privilege of providing that exposure, which is really special for me!
